The show was extremely well organized,
well advertised & attended particularly on Saturday & Sunday by boating enthusiasts. The Radio Show
added a good entertainment element.
The indoor area was presented extremely well and the blue carpet and partition walls gave it a good professional appearance. Organisers made themselves known & available & were very friendly & helpful. The demonstrations of putting the boat’s by the girls was also a good idea.

Kid Me Not
We were very happy with the Welsh Boat Show 2007.
The whole event was very well organised, planning, security and assistance throughout excellent. Kid Me Not would be happy to be involved with any future events with Horizon Events Ltd.

The Welsh Boat Show was a pleasant surprise for us,
I did not expect such good attendance from the public, especially as the weather deterioated. The show was well put together and advertised, exhibitors were varied and the organisers were very helpful and professional. The amount of interest on our stand was very promising and there was a great atmosphere all round. I would recommend this show to any company, if they are established and looking for new leads or attempting to break into the local market this is an excellent affordable marketing excercise.

For a first show it was Good.
Last year we did the South Wales Show, but it was very dependant on the weather.I believe you have the makings of a very good event, also its important for companies like ourselves to be able to show our stock to local interested customers.
Thank you for your efforts and keep going.
And yes we would like to come to the 2008 show.

As 2007 was the first year of this event, we as others were uncertain of its viability for us, however numbers of people visiting the stand were consistent and contacts and interest remaining high throughout the core hours of the event.
Our project which also supports Tourism in the area attracted a great demand for brochures and whilst there are the obvious brochure gatherers I believe we succeeded in getting our message out, making people aware of us.
The downside from our angle was the lack of sailing craft and the lack of traditional craft (though Swallow boats were happily present) also some action such as building a simple boat or other action exhibits could add flavour and interest.
The overall organisation was excellent and the staff very courteous and obliging at all times. The quality of the stand and the decoration and presentation of the hall was excellent and very professional and made one feel like you were in a proper trade show.

We were very happy with all the facilities at the Welsh Boat Show.
The venue was very well laid out, The security and marshalling staff were helpful and efficient.
Advertising to the 'Boat Enthusiast' was excellent and the local radio advertising was very good.
The pitch pricing was affordable for our small company, and we have already seen the benefits of attending within the first week after the event. We would support your event in 2008.
